Política de reembolso

In short: all sales are final.** We are a small studio producing in limited runs, so we do not offer exchanges or goodwill returns. The only exceptions are those the law guarantees you, set out below.

**No exchanges.** We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please place a new order.

**EU/EEA statutory right of withdrawal (14 days).** If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To exercise this right:

- Notify us by email within 14 days of delivery, stating your order number and your decision to withdraw.

- Return the items within 14 days of that notice. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and any hygiene seals intact, in their original packaging.

- **You bear the direct cost of the return shipment.** We recommend a tracked service; the items are your responsibility until they reach us.

- We will refund the purchase price (including standard outbound delivery, but not any premium delivery option) to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned items or proof of return.

- We may reduce the refund for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is needed to establish the nature and characteristics of the items.

**Items excluded from withdrawal.** Where permitted by law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to: made-to-order or personalised items; and sealed items not suitable for return for hygiene reasons (such as bras or underwear) once the seal has been removed.

**Faulty items — legal guarantee.** Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights. Faulty or non-conforming items are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under Portuguese and EU law. If your item arrives damaged or develops a defect, contact us with your order number and photos and we will repair, replace or refund as the law provides, at no cost to you.
